International Mobility and Field Visits
International mobility is a core element of the project. Through travel and exchange visits, students and educators share experiences, explore environmental topics, and strengthen cooperation across borders.
Spain Visit – May 2024
The Spanish meeting was held in May 2024 and focused on the theme "Causes of Water Pollution." In line with this theme, students explored what water pollution is and examined its main causes through collaborative activities and discussions.
Participants were hosted by Spanish students, which provided a valuable opportunity for cultural exchange. In addition to raising awareness about environmental issues, students also had the chance to experience Spanish culture firsthand, strengthening intercultural understanding alongside environmental responsibility.

Turkey Visit – September 2024
The Turkish meeting was held in September 2024 and focused on the theme "Effects and Consequences of Water Pollution." During the meeting, students explored how water pollution impacts ecosystems, human health, and daily life, as well as its long-term environmental and social consequences.
Participants were hosted by Turkish students, which encouraged meaningful collaboration and cultural exchange. Alongside developing a deeper understanding of environmental issues, students also experienced Turkish culture, strengthening international awareness and shared responsibility for protecting water resources.

Hungary Visit – April 2025
The Hungarian meeting was held in April 2025 and focused on the theme "Solutions to Water Pollution." Throughout the meeting, students explored practical and innovative solutions to prevent water pollution, including sustainable practices, responsible water use, and community-based actions.
Participants were hosted by Hungarian students, which created a warm environment for collaboration and cultural exchange. In addition to developing solution-oriented thinking about environmental challenges, students had the opportunity to experience Hungarian culture, strengthening international cooperation and environmental awareness.

Iceland Visit – September 2025
The final meeting of the project was held in Iceland in September 2025 and focused on the theme "Water-Related Issues: Water Sports, Drinking Water, Health and Water." During the meeting, students examined the role of clean water in daily life, health, and recreational activities, with a special focus on sustainable water use in water sports and access to safe drinking water.
In addition to the thematic activities, project partners worked collaboratively on the preparation and completion of the final project report. Participants were hosted by Icelandic students, and the meeting provided a valuable opportunity to experience Icelandic culture while bringing the project to a meaningful and successful conclusion.

Project Impact
This project brought together students and teachers from different countries to explore water-related issues from multiple perspectives, ranging from the causes, effects, and solutions of water pollution to the importance of water in health and daily life. Through international meetings, collaborative activities, and cultural exchanges, participants developed greater environmental awareness, critical thinking skills, and a shared sense of responsibility for protecting water resources.
The project not only strengthened cooperation among partner schools but also empowered students to take small actions that can lead to real and positive impacts on their communities and the environment.
